My Life in 10 Years
My Life Snapshot of My Ideal Life:
Career: In ten years I look to be in a management job involved in professional sports. It is my goal to become upper management within my career one day and even higher if I work hard. So I am determined to do well throughout my career and will not let anything stop me from getting to my dream job one day.
Income: If at this management job in 10 years i would be making anywhere from $60,000-$80,000 a year.
Net Worth: My net worth would be approximatly $250,000
Home(s): I would live in one house which I would own with either a significant other or a friend and this would be located in the suburbs of Toronto.
Geography: With my house being in the suburbs of Toronto I would be living in Ontario Canada and my job would be located right downtown Toronto.
Lifestyle: I would commute to work Monday through Friday and travel occasionally. Coaching a young softball team in the summer and hockey in the winter woud be part of my hobbies. I would also be participating in leagues within those sports on my own.
Health: Health wise I plan to be healthy and in shape. Being in my 30s I should not have any major health concerns.
Family: I will still have my mother father and brother, and im not looking to have children until my mid 30's. Therfore I would not have any yet.
Relationship: In 10 years I hope to be in somewhat of a serious relationship possibly even engaged by that time.

Philosophy Statement:
Given the growing nature of the sport and recreation industry, my philosophy for what it takes to find a full-time job and succeed in a satisfying career in the field is as follows: An internship is where it all starts. This can give you an idea of what you want to do and also possibly what you do not. Another key factor is Networking. It is important to get out to job fairs and conferences to introduce yourself to people that are alread established. Once you get to know someone they may be able to help you find a job that you are looking for. Being confideant and be able to sell yourself to an employer is another thing taht is key. If you are able to sell yourself in a interview, you will be able to get the job you want and be successful at it. As long as your passionate about it and enjoy your job you should succeed with hard work and persistence.
